Transportation Service Rates
For the cost of transportation services see the tables below.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, workers compensation and private pay.
* Wait time rates: For round trips with drop-off locations over 10 miles from our office that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rates: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office location, for each mile over 15, a surcharge rate of $1.25 per mile for ambulatory transportation or a surcharge rate of $1.50 per mile for wheelchair transportation applies.
*** Deadhead rates: For one-way trips with the drop-off address over 20 miles from our office a deadhead rate of $1.25 per mile for ambulatory transportation or a deadhead rate of $0.50 per mile for wheelchair transportation applies.
